How much does FixAll-er cost?+
It's completely free for homeowners. Post a job, compare quotes and message pros at no cost — you only pay the pro you choose.
How does FixAll-er make money?+
FixAll-er is free to join for both customers and service providers. Once a job is successfully completed and paid for through the platform, we deduct a small percentage of the completed job value as a platform service fee before the remaining balance is paid to the service provider. This fee helps cover secure payments, platform maintenance, customer support, fraud prevention, marketing and ongoing improvements. The exact percentage is clearly displayed before a service provider accepts work, so there are no hidden charges.
How are pros vetted?+
Every verified pro submits proof of ID, address and public liability insurance, plus qualifications where relevant. Our team reviews each application before the Verified badge appears.
How quickly will I get quotes?+
Most customers receive around three quotes within 24 hours. Mark a job as urgent and nearby pros are alerted instantly.
